How to Navigate through Media Library?
Many helpful features can help you find and organize your images in the library.
Library Search
You can search your images by the name of the image added to the library. This name is defined in the Caption field when adding or editing an image.
Search Filters
Images can be filtered in many ways:
Filter by File type
- All assets: All types of files present in the library
- Media: Images, Videos, GIFs…
- PDFs
- Word Docs
- Excel
- Power Point
- Fonts
Filter by Type
Even having a similar title as the previous filter, the filter by type will only show 3 options based on the origin/status of a media.
- Admin only assets: assets added by admins and editors
- Community only assets: assets added by community members (community writer, community editor, etc.)
- Deleted assets
Tags
You can filter your images by any tag added to them. This tags is added directly to the image when editing them
Pagination
At the top of the table, you will find the Rows per page option, by default. It will be set at 50, which means that, on each page in the Media Library, there will be shown 50 posts. You can set other amounts by clicking in the dropdown near the number.
You can set it to other amounts, such as 10, 25, 50, or 100 posts on the same page.
Next to the Rows Per Page, you can see the total number of posts, as well as the buttons to navigate to the next page or previous page.
