To fix the problem, kneel on the right foot with the right one on the floor in front of you. Press forward until you feel the stretch in the left hip. Tighten the left butt muscles, till you feel the front of your hip stretching restfully. Stretch upwards to the left arms and stretch to the right side. Remain in the same position for about 30 seconds, and do this three times on each side.
Forward Head Posture (FHP)
Forward head posture, also known as the wearsie neck or reading neck is a term used to describe the anterior positioning of the cervical spine. This posture problem is caused by several factors such as extended use of cell phones and computers, sleeping with the head elevated too high and lack of developed back muscle strength.
