Why do I have to authorize Facebook again if I already did it?
- It could be that the user who gave permission doesn't have the right permissions on the Facebook page. We need someone with admin, editor or moderator permissions. So for instance, an analyst role would not work.
- The user who gave permission might have changed their password on Facebook, this would require them to authenticate again with Facebook.
- More rarely there could some other reason Facebook requires us to reauthorize a page, it only takes about 30 seconds to do it though :)
Why does Facebook ask to connect my personal account if I'm trying to connect a page?
We get this question a lot, but it's simply the way Facebook operates right now. First you connect your personal profile and THEN we can get the Facebook page data that's connected to it. We don't do anything with your personal profile information.
