I have tried many things to lose weight, and this has not only worked but has also taught me how foods affect me, and why I need to eat and and stay away from certain things. I have to admit I have tried a lot of different programs over the past two years. Some have worked, some have not. I have had to get off of the Turbo Weightloss plan, I was losing 3 lbs a day. I've lost a total of 12 pounds, and oddly I went to have a cheat day, figured what could it hurt?
