How It Works

Our recruiting team can help find the talent your company needs, whether it's specific to your location or someone remote. We'll go through our own processes of elimination and provide you with finalist candidates to interview.

After the interviewing process is complete and you've chosen your candidate, we also take care of their onboarding and technical training to fill in the gaps on what they need to be successful with your company.


The positions we recruit for align with the services we offer, which you can purchase from RebelMouse on an hourly or retainer basis. We know how important it is for you to have the right person on your team, and we can help find the right people because we know the attributes it takes to succeed in the digital publishing and new media landscape.

Positions We Recruit

Front End Developer: A person that's able to take any description or design and use it to customize your RebelMouse site.

Project Manager: A person that's able to manage a complex product, work with your internal teams to make decisions, and keep projects coordinated efficiently with your external partners.

Data Analyst: A person that's able to analyze performance, conversions, and ad traffic. They can identify key trends and send summary reports to your team or clients.

Creator/Writer: A person that's able to write and curate content designed to build traffic. They have an understanding of how social and SEO work together to build traffic with every publish.

Video Editor: A person able to create and edit video designed to work for both site and social audiences.

Social Media Expert: A person that uses a deep understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to create more reach and engagement.

SEO Analyst: A person able to analyze key trends and utilize RebelMouse search technology to boost SEO performance.

Hours Estimate

Job Post Creation and Distribution

  • We use our own networks to recruit and distribute job postings. In addition, we manage the postings of the job to the right places. (10 hours)
  • Premium Placement: If you have additional budget, your listing will be posted in RebelMouse-preferred networks, such as PowerToFly and Stack Overflow. (10 hours)

Recruiting, Interviewing, and Filtering Candidates

  • We can recruit, interview, and vet candidates for you. Each Round: (20 hours)
  • Each round provides you with two solid candidates.

Training Period

First month includes quality assistance support and code reviews. (25 hours)

Why women, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community will restructure workplace norms

Entering a new decade means a new opportunity to change how we approach diversity. In a joint interview alongside Leanne Pittsford of Lesbians Who Tech, RebelMouse founder and CEO Andrea Breanna said that the only way to fight patriarchal dominance is to encourage and nurture more women, minorities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace, particularly in tech.
